The Momentum Group statement on the COVID-19 situation
With the rapidly evolving status of COVID-19, at Momentum, we appreciate the increasing uncertainty in our personal and professional lives.
We would like to reassure all clients and partners of Momentum that we are following the guidelines issued by public health officials and are fully prepared and able to provide our full service offering during this time.
All Momentum personnel have the capacity to work remotely with a secure infrastructure and contingency plans are in place across our business to ensure operations continue as usual as this virus escalates.
Travel Restrictions: We will encourage all technical assessments to be carried out via a conference facility until further notice. In certain circumstances, there may be times where we need to attend a face-to-face meeting. If we are having an on-site meeting, our staff will call you prior to ensure a meeting can be held in a safe environment that meets the recommended guidelines by public health officials.
This robust contingency plan is in place and therefore we will continue to operate with as little disruption as possible. If there is additional guidance by public health officials or actions taken by the government that require us to review this, we will of course communicate this to you.
Therefore, you should not experience any noticeable disruption to our services including collecting financial information and preparing technical reports for filing to HMRC etc.
Any immediate or information of an urgent nature should be sent to: taxcredits@momentumni.com where this is picked up by our senior management team. As a Company, Momentum adheres to its core values and is committed to helping our staff and clients through these unsettled and uncertain times.
If we can help in any way, please contact us on 028 9140 4030 or e-mail: taxcredits@momentumni.com or your account manager/technical consultant.
